At the Ashtabula County Board of Elections, 8 W Walnut St, Jefferson, OH 44047. Weekdays Oct 6-9, 12-16, 19-23: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.; Sat Oct 24: 8 a.m.-4 p.m.; Oct 26: 7:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m.; Oct 27: 7:30 a.m.-8:30 p.m.; Oct 28-30: 7:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m.; Sat Oct 31: 8 a.m.-4 p.m.; Sun Nov 1: 1 p.m.-5 p.m. (only Sunday). Photo ID required.

Absentee ballot application deadline

2026-10-27

Must be RECEIVED by the BOE by 8:30 p.m., not merely postmarked. Absentee voting by mail began October 6.

Absentee ballot return deadline

2026-11-03

Must be received by the BOE by 7:30 p.m. on Election Day. Mail ballots early and use VoteOhio ballot tracking to confirm receipt. You may return your ballot in person, or an eligible family member may deliver it as permitted by Ohio law.

Voter registration deadline
